Complete the short KYC form in your dashboard (a photo ID and your bank or wallet details). Our team reviews it and usually calls you the same working day.

No. There is no deposit. You pay a subscription only when you are ready to start placing orders, and a free trial lets you look around first.

Most sellers spend 2 to 3 hours a day. DSN handles product sourcing, packing and delivery, so your time goes into marketing and talking to customers.

You are our business partner. You advertise the products you choose, confirm the order with your customer, and enter the order and delivery details in your dashboard. We take care of everything after that.

No. You set your own selling price above the DSN price. The difference, minus any delivery charge you choose to absorb, is your profit.

Request an exchange from your dashboard. If the product is defective or different from what was listed, DSN bears the delivery cost of the exchange.

Not yet. DSN currently delivers within Nepal only. Cross-border selling is on our long-term roadmap.

It depends on the time and effort you put in. Our top sellers have recorded more than रु 80,000 net profit in a single month; many part-time sellers earn रु 10,000 to 50,000 per month. Try the profit calculator.

The courier collects cash on delivery from your customer. Once the order is delivered, your profit is credited to your DSN wallet. You can request a payout to your bank account from the dashboard.

Payouts are processed within two business days, and usually within 24 hours.

No. Your subscription is the only platform fee. Delivery and return charges are passed through at the courier's rate plus any published platform markup, and you can see the exact charge before you place each order.

Inside Kathmandu valley, usually within 1 to 2 days. Outside the valley, 2 to 4 days depending on the destination. Express same-day delivery is available in some valley areas.

Yes. Through our courier partners we deliver to more than 300 locations across all seven provinces, so you can sell to customers anywhere in Nepal.

No. DSN has operated from Kathmandu since 2019 and follows the same dropshipping model used worldwide. We earn when you earn, and you can visit our office or call us before you join.
