Delivery charges

Quoted per order by destination and weight before you confirm. Inside the valley is cheapest; outside-valley rates depend on the courier zone.

Returns and cancellations

Cancel before dispatch at no cost. After dispatch, the courier return charge applies. Defective or wrong items are exchanged at DSN cost.

Vendors

Listing is free. Vendors are paid their price per delivered order; any platform margin is agreed in writing when you onboard.

Pricing questions

Do I need to pay a refundable deposit?
No. There is no deposit. You pay a subscription only when you are ready to start placing orders, and a free trial lets you look around first.
What if a product arrives damaged or the customer wants an exchange?
Request an exchange from your dashboard. If the product is defective or different from what was listed, DSN bears the delivery cost of the exchange.
How long does a payout take?
Payouts are processed within two business days, and usually within 24 hours.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Your subscription is the only platform fee. Delivery and return charges are passed through at the courier's rate plus any published platform markup, and you can see the exact charge before you place each order.
