Terms and conditions

These terms govern your use of the Dropshipping Nepal ("DSN", "we", "us") website, apps and services. DSN is based at Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal. By creating an account or using our services you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Definitions

• "You" means the person or business accessing the service or holding an account.
• "Seller" means an account holder who markets DSN products and places orders for delivery to their customers.
• "Vendor" means an account holder who supplies products for sale through DSN.
• "Platform" means dropshippingnepal.com, hub.dropshippingnepal.com, the DSN mobile apps and related APIs.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old, or represent a registered business, to hold an account. You agree to provide accurate registration and KYC information and to keep it current. We verify the information you provide and may suspend or close an account if it is inaccurate, shared with others, or used in breach of these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your login.

Seller terms

• You may sell DSN products at any price you choose. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own listings, adverts and promises to your customers.
• Orders must be confirmed with your customer before you enter them. Repeated fake, unconfirmed or undeliverable orders may lead to account restrictions.
• Subscription fees, delivery charges and return charges are shown before you place an order and are deducted from your wallet or balance as described on the pricing page.
• Profit from cash-on-delivery orders is credited to your wallet once the order is delivered. Payout requests are processed within two business days to the bank or wallet in your KYC.
• You may not use DSN product photos or descriptions to sell products sourced elsewhere, or represent yourself as DSN.

Vendor terms

• You warrant that you have the right to sell the products you list and that they are genuine, safe and accurately described.
• DSN may approve, reject or delist products at its discretion and may set a platform margin as agreed during onboarding.
• Settlement for delivered orders is made on the agreed cycle with a statement of orders, returns and deductions.

Delivery, returns and exchanges

Delivery is performed by DSN and its courier partners. Delivery times are estimates. Our refund policy describes who bears delivery and return charges in each case. Defective or incorrect products are exchanged at DSN's cost when reported within the window shown in the dashboard.

Fees and changes

Current subscription plans, delivery markups and other charges are published on the platform. We may change fees with notice in the dashboard or by email; changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.

Acceptable use

You must not use the platform for anything unlawful, to sell prohibited or counterfeit goods, to harass customers or staff, to scrape or copy the catalogue, or to interfere with the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this section.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, DSN or its licensors own the intellectual property in the platform and its content. Sellers receive a limited licence to use DSN product images and descriptions to market DSN products while their account is active. You must not republish, sell, or redistribute platform content for other purposes.

User content

Where the platform or our social channels let you post reviews, comments or media, you are responsible for that content. It must not infringe anyone's rights or be defamatory, offensive or unlawful. You grant DSN a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the service. We may remove content at our discretion.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our privacy policy.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Nepali law, DSN is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, network outages or force majeure. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to DSN in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. Outstanding wallet balances are paid out under the refund policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu.
