• Account and KYC details: name, phone, email, address, identity document and bank or wallet details you provide when registering and verifying an account.
• Order data: the recipient name, phone and delivery address that sellers enter for each order, plus order history, payments and wallet transactions.
• Support data: messages, tickets, call notes and contact-form submissions.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, app version and usage events collected automatically to keep the service running and secure.

You can browse the public website anonymously. Some features, such as placing orders, require the information above.

How we use it

• To operate the Platform: verify accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, collect cash on delivery and settle wallets and payouts.
• To communicate with you about orders, your account, and service changes by SMS, phone, email or in-app notification.
• To provide support and resolve disputes.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and fake orders.
• To improve the Platform using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.
• To send marketing updates you have opted in to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Customer data entered by sellers

Sellers enter their customers' contact and delivery details to fulfil orders. We use that data only to deliver the order, confirm it with the recipient, and handle returns. Sellers are responsible for collecting it lawfully and for telling their customers that DSN and its couriers will deliver the parcel.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only:

• with courier partners, to deliver orders and collect payment;
• with vendors, to the extent needed to fulfil an order from their stock;
• with payment, SMS, email, hosting and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract;
• when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of DSN, our users or the public.

Cookies and analytics

The Platform uses cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. The public website may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then not work.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs and regular backups to protect your data. Money is handled through audited ledger entries. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and afterwards as required by Nepali tax and accounting law. Order recipient details are retained for the period needed to handle delivery, returns and disputes.
