Refund policy

We publish everything you need to evaluate DSN before you join: the product catalogue, the pricing model and these policies. You are welcome to ask questions by phone or WhatsApp first. Please register as a seller or vendor only once you understand and agree to our terms.

Deposits

DSN does not take a refundable security deposit. If you hold a legacy deposit from before the current pricing model, it will be returned to your bank or wallet within two working days of your request. If there is an unexpected delay we will tell you why.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees buy access to the platform for the stated period and are non-refundable once the period has started, except where DSN is unable to provide the service for a significant part of the period, in which case we extend or refund the unused portion. The free trial can be cancelled at any time at no cost.

Wallet balance

Your wallet balance, including earned profit and any unused top-up, belongs to you. Payout requests are processed within two business days to the bank account or wallet on your KYC. If you close your account, any remaining balance after settling outstanding delivery or return charges is paid out in the same way.

Delivery and return charges

Delivery and return charges are passed through at the courier's rate plus any published platform markup. The exact charge for an order is shown in the dashboard before you confirm it.

• Cancelled before dispatch: no delivery charge. Any amount reserved for the order is released back to your wallet.
• Cancelled, refused or returned after dispatch: the seller bears the delivery and return charge at the rate quoted for that order.
• Exchange requested by the customer for reasons other than a defect (wrong size chosen, change of mind): the seller bears the delivery charge for the exchange.
• Defective, damaged or different from listing: DSN bears the delivery and return charge and exchanges the product, or refunds the product price to your wallet if no replacement is available. Report it from the dashboard within the window shown on the order.

Product price

The DSN price for an order is charged only for delivered orders. For returned orders the product price is released back to your wallet once the parcel reaches our hub and is checked.

Vendors

Vendors are paid their agreed price for delivered orders on the settlement cycle. Returned or rejected stock is made available for collection or returned to the vendor as agreed during onboarding.
